Hello, I appreciate you visiting the website. I had to do therapy on myself to heal complex trauma from decades of narcissistic abuse. I always speak out against injustices, so I was a scapegoated child, and that role reoccurs in my life.
Many people think a mean guy or girl that is into themselves is a narcissist. It has become a buzzword lately, but only those who have experienced Narcissistic Abuse can truly attest to the soul death that occurs over time from being exposed to the level of manipulation, sabotage, deception, inability to take accountability for unhealthy actions, mirroring, blame-shifting, love bombing, future fracking, smear campaigning., and more... I have been exposed to this type of energy all my life, and it caused me lots of self-esteem and people-pleasing issues. I am confident that I can assist you on your healing journey.
